• Tamper-Proof Packaging: Your jewelry is placed inside a luxurious gift box, which is then sealed inside a secure, tamper-evident courier pouch. Do not accept the delivery if the outer pouch appears opened, cut, or damaged.

• Dispatch Timeline: Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Custom-made or bespoke bridal orders can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the design complexity.

• Secure Handover: For your security, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt and a one-time password (OTP) verification at the time of delivery.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Radha Rani piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange window.

• 7-Day Return/Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Eligibility Criteria: The jewelry must be completely unworn, unaltered, in pristine condition, and must retain all original tags, authenticity certificates, and invoice documents.
