Tamper-Proof Packaging: Your jewelry is placed inside a luxurious gift box, which is then sealed inside a secure, tamper-evident courier pouch. Do not accept the delivery if the outer pouch appears opened, cut, or damaged.
Dispatch Timeline: Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Custom-made or bespoke bridal orders can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the design complexity.
Secure Handover: For your security, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt and a one-time password (OTP) verification at the time of delivery.
